After years of pushing through migraines, fatigue, autoimmune and burnout, I learned the hard way that “balance” isn’t something you ever achieve. Striving for harmony is something you feel when your body, mind and rhythm finally align. That experience is now the foundation of everything I teach.
I’ve spent more than 16 years teaching first responders, professionals and women in midlife how to manage stress, regulate their energy and rebuild healthy rhythms without guilt or gimmicks.
The framework that guides my teaching grew out of my own healing process...a holistic approach that helps people reset, restore and reclaim their sense of self. Your body isn’t your enemy, it’s your compass. And when you finally learn to listen, it will lead you home.
Today, I help women understand what’s really driving their stress and sleeplessness and how to finally create a rhythm that supports both their health and success. My work is rooted in both science and nature, blending practical strategies with holistic support.

For years, I believed that “doing it all” was the price of being successful. I chased balance like it was something I could earn if I just worked harder, stayed up later or pushed through one more thing.
Until my body had enough, gave me the middle finger and said NOPE.
It started in my late twenties, I was battling migraines and stomach ulcers.
In my thirties, it turned into chronic fatigue, inflammation and autoimmune issues.
When perimenopause hit in my early forties, it was like my body was shouting what I had been too busy to hear: “You can’t keep living like this.”
Every time I asked for help, the answer was another medication or a generic “you're fine.” No one asked what my days looked like or why I was so determined to keep pushing past my limits. That wake-up call sent me searching for real answers.
I started studying epigenetics, holistic healing and returned to my herbalist roots. I tracked symptoms, adjusted my environment, learned how the nervous system really works and slowly rebuilt my life from the inside out.
And somewhere along the way, I realized something powerful: Life isn’t about achieving balance it’s about living in harmony.
